TULSA, Okla. – Tulsa Athletic’s contest on Saturday (May 11) against FC Wichita, which is presented by City of Tulsa Recycling, was named the NPSL National Game of the Week as announced by the NPSL on Tuesday.
Tulsa Athletic play host to FC Wichita on Saturday at 2 p.m. at Veterans Park in midtown Tulsa. The match is a key early season clash as Tulsa Athletic defeated 2018 Heartland Conference champion Little Rock Rangers on Sunday to sit on top of the Heartland Conference table after one week. Saturday’s game is the season opener for FC Wichita, the regular season champion of the Heartland Conference in 2018.
This is the first NPSL National Game of the Week pick for Tulsa Athletic at home since the 2018 season opener against Little Rock Rangers when Tulsa Athletic won 6-1.
Tickets for Saturday’s contest are available for as low as $5 for general admission and $10 for bleacher seating. Live video streaming will once again be available.
