TULSA, Okla. – Tulsa Athletic announced its 2022 NPSL regular season schedule with 12 matches, including six home games at their new home venue, Hicks Park.
The six-match home schedule includes two Sunday contests, two Saturday matches and two Wednesday clashes. For the first time in club history, Tulsa Athletic will play at Hicks Park at 3443 S. Mingo Rd., Tulsa, OK 74146. Tulsa Athletic signed a multiyear agreement to make Hicks Park the long-term home of the club.
“We are so excited for the 2022 Heartland Conference at our new long-term home in Hicks Park,” Daniel DeVore, GM of Tulsa Athletic, said. “With the move to Hicks Park we are able to get back to having some of our home matches on Saturday night, but also having some Sunday Funday contests and Wednesday night matches. After the historic run of the 2021 season where we advanced to the league championship, we are looking forward to showing our fans another season of the best soccer in NPSL with a fan friendly and unique experience at Hicks Park.”

The Heartland Conference includes six returning clubs in Tulsa Athletic, OKC 1889 FC (Oklahoma City), Reign FK (Bartlesville, Oklahoma), Arkansas Wolves SC (Benton, Arkansas) Demize NPSL (Springfield, Missouri) and Club Atletico Saint Louis (St. Louis). Sunflower State FC (Kansas City) is a newcomer this year in the conference.
The 2022 NPSL regular season starts at Reign FK on Friday, May 6 in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.
Tulsa Athletic’s home opener and first contest at Hicks Park is Sunday, May 15 against Club Atletico Saint Louis.
The green and yellow then travel to Demize NPSL for a Thursday contest on May 19 in Springfield, Missouri.
The second home contest of the season is set for Sunday, May 22 when Arkansas Wolves SC come to Hicks Park.
Tulsa continues the season with a two-match road trip on Wednesday, May 25 at OKC 1889 FC and then at Club Atletico Saint Louis on Friday, May 29.
Back-to-back home contests start with Sunflower State FC on Saturday, June 4 at Hicks Park with a 7 p.m. start time. Tulsa Athletic plays host to OKC 1889 FC on Wednesday, June 8 at 7 p.m..
After a June 11 away contest at Arkansas Wolves SC on June 11, the green and yellow welcome Demize NPSL to Hicks Park on Wednesday, June 22 for a 7 p.m. start.
The last road trip of the regular season is at Sunflower State FC on Saturday, June 25 in Kansas City.
Tulsa Athletic’s regular season ends with Reign FK on Saturday, July 9 at 7 p.m. at Hicks Park.

Tulsa Athletic are in action in the US Open Cup First Round on Wednesday, March 23 at 7 p.m. at Case Soccer Complex on the campus of Oral Roberts University. Tickets for the contest are $10.
