Tulsa Athletic Ends 3-Match Road Trip at Demize on Saturday

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Tulsa Athletic ends a three-match road trip on Saturday (June 3) for a 7 p.m. contest at Demize NPSL at Cooper Stadium in Springfield, Missouri. 

The official watch party for the contest is at Elgin Park and a live video stream will be made available for the match. 

Tulsa Athletic is currently 3-1-1 at the midway point of the schedule with 10 points. After starting the season at 3-0, the green and yellow are 0-1-1 during the current road trip. On Wednesday, Tulsa played at Kansas City Sol and played to a 2-2 draw. Abou Diallo and Ryan Braake tallied the two goals for the green and yellow. 

For the NPSL season, Diallo leads the club with six goals. Aaron Ugbah, Gio Herrera and Ryan Braake add goals this season. 

Demize NPSL is currently 1-1-1 on the season and 1-0-0 at home. Their most recent contest, Demize defeated Reign FK, 3-2, in Springfield. 

Tulsa Athletic and Demize NPSL met once this season on May 18 with Tulsa earning a 3-1 victory at home. Diallo finished with two goals and Ugbah tallied one goal. Demize scored their goal in the 90th minute to prevent the shutout. 

After Saturday’s match, Tulsa Athletic returns home for three-straight contests. The green and yellow are next in action on June 17 against OKKC 1889 FC, Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m.
