MARYLAND HEIGHTS, Mo. – Tulsa Athletic ends a two-match road trip at Club Atletico Saint Louis on Sunday (May 29) at 6 p.m. at Creve Coeur Park in Maryland Heights, Missouri. A live video stream will be available on Youtube.
The green and yellow started the road trip with a 3-0 victory at OKC 1889 FC on Wednesday (May 25) in Oklahoma City. Striker Reed Berry tallied all three goals for the hat trick as he has totaled five goals so far this season. Bryson Reed and Brady Moody combined for the shutout victory in goal, the second straight shutout this season.
Berry paces the club with five goals this season. Abou Diallo adds two goals. Damani Harris, Gustavo Vargas, Romulo Bosqueiro, Juan Moreno, Aaron Ugbah and Ruben Torres each have scored a goal this season in the green and yellow.
Tulsa currently ranks first in the Heartland Conference standings with 13 points and a 4-0-1 record. Club Atletico Saint Louis ranks fifth in the conference with three points and a 1-3-0 record.
Club Atletico Saint Louis is coming off its first win of the season, a 1-0 victory against Arkansas Wolves on Friday (May 27) at Creve Coeur Park. Ethan Blake scored the only goal of the match on a free kick in the 63rd minute. CASL has tallied one goal in each of its four matches this season. Along with Blake, Noah Henry, Andy Mujezinovic and Mustafa Hasan each have goals this season for CA Saint Louis.
Tulsa Athletic and Club Athletico Saint Louis met once earlier this season with the green and yellow earning a 2-1 victory at Hicks Park on May 15. Berry totaled one goal and had the assist on the other in the first-ever contest at Tulsa Athletic’s new home, Athletic Community Field at Hicks Park.
Tulsa Athletic returns home for two straight contests at Athletic Community Field at Hicks Park under the lights. Saturday, June 4 the green and yellow play host to Sunflower State FC at 7 p.m. On Wednesday, June 8, Tulsa welcomes OKC 1889 FC to Hicks Park for a 7 p.m. match.
