Diallo leads the Heartland Conference with four goals on the season. Joe Garcia, Santiago Riveros, Alex Harris, Junior Kazeem, Adam Habib, Billy Nzojyibwami and Joe Ruiz each add one goal this season for Tulsa Athletic as the club leads the conference in goals scored with 11.

Little Rock, the 2018 Heartland Conference champion, is 3-2 on the season with wins over Ozark FC, Demize NPSL and Club Atletico Saint Louis. Their losses are to Tulsa Athletic and at Ozark FC.
